Infinite loop in Codeunit 99000838

i'm experiencing an infinite loop in codeunit Prod. Order Comp.-Reserve, function TransferPOCompToItemJnlLine().
Nav. version is 4.03.
Someone already found a solution, or received a hotfix from MS ...?

in nav2009, the function has been nearly rewritten...i don't know the solution, but you can probably get a hint while taking a look at the new version
