Getting a strange error during the Form Transformation

While transforming a form with Form Transformation tool I'm getting the following error in transformation log file(see below). Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

I am getting the same error, has noone solved this problem yet?
It only occurs, when add a factbox to a list and specify a subformlink for it.
The standardobjects transform just fine. I took a look there for comparison, but all the properties etc. look just the same there.
