Notification Services discontinued

I'm trying to install Business Notification Server on a Windows 2003 / SQL Server 2000 / NAV 2009.
Looking in the installation manual, it says:
Microsoft SQL Server Notification Services SP1, Standard or Enterprise Edition, corresponding to your SQL Server version. It can be downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/sql/ns/downloads/download.asp
But this link is dead as are all links, I could find for SQL Notification Service. The is even a Wiki explaining theat it has been discontinued: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SQL_Server_Notification_Services
Does anybody know how to get around this? I see a lot of people having trouble with the Business Notification, but they appear to have no problems installing SQL Notification Service.

Notification services is on the CD for SQL2005 and later.
