BOM Allocations

Is the a way in Nav to know how many items can be assembled from its BOM components without the item being assembled(made first).

1. for example lets say takes 3 legs and 1 table top to make a table1.
2. to make table 2 it takes 4 legs and 1 table top.

in stock lets say there are currently 20 legs and 5 table tops

what the client requires is for nav to be able to tell them that table 1 you can build 3 tables and of table 2 you can build 2 tables..does anyone know of a way to do this?

In this example, you could also build 0 table1 and 5 table2
Or you could build 1 table1, and 4 table2 (and you'll still have 1 leg on stock)

Those two items could be used as components of a lot of other items.
You could have thousands of options.

I actually don't know if NAV has anything to tell you that sort of things. Maybe it exists.
I just don't see any simple (or at least not extremely complicated) way to get that information.

    No nothing as standard exists.
