Requisition Worksheets

We are using Navision 3.7, and find that the Requisition worksheet will only pull in items which are present on sales orders or purchase orders. We have our re-order policy set to Fixed Reorder Quantity, a reorder quantity in the field, units of measure, etc. Nothing comes up unless it there is demand. What are we doing wrong?

You must enter something in reorder point in order to get suggestions in the Requisition worksheet unless there is a demand._____________________

Sorry to not have mentioned that. We do have a quantity in our reorder point. We have a reorder point of five, an onhand quantity of four, we have no demand, no replenishment scheduled, have previously received and issued this product (though I don't believe that should be required), and have reorder policy set to Fixed Reorder.0

This stirs vague recollections. Try putting a value in the safety stock for the item and if this changes things, you might want to report this to Navision. By creating a safety stock value you are creating "demand" which would trigger replenishment up to the reorder point.0
