Stored Procedures triggered by Navision on new user creation

Hi
May I know which stored procedures are triggered when a user is created in Navision.
I am facing 2 strange issue in a Sql 2008, Nav 2009 SP1. Firstly, when I use the database login for a new user, there is no triggering of the GRANT VIEW SERVER STATE. I am not sure is it because the Trace Flag 4616 is not turned on but from what I understand, the Trace Flag can be left out in Nav 2009 SP1.
Secondly, even if the GRANT VIEW SERVER STATE is turned on when the user is created, I have seen cases where it is turned off after assigning the Role ALL to the user.
I do not have this problem with my system but then I am on a SQL 2005.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
Thanks
