Problems installing Nav 4.03 on a virtuel pc xp under vindow

When trying to install nav 4.03 on a virtuel xp under windows 7, i get the foollowing error:
1607:InstallShield Scripting Runtime could not be installed.
Why is that, and how do I fix it. I have downloaded an update for the install Shield, but I still get the same message.
Do anyone know of a solution.
I can without problems run the client without installing the client.

I was not able to install it from a network-drive, but had to copy the client folder to the virtuel machine and then install it from that folder.
