Can only see one user session, but we have 17 users.

Hello, I have a client that has 17 concurrent NAV users.
They are using NAV 2009 SP1 Classic Client with a SQL backend.
When the controller drills into the sessions through NAV to see who all is logged into the database, he can only see himself. Why is this?
How can it be fixed so he can see all the users ?

It requires extra permission in SQL server for particulars login viewing the rest of sessions.
In definite solution, you can add "sysadmin" Server role of his login in SQL servers, but this is cause security issue.
You should given this server role only to the administrator and only him/her can benefit seeing other session.
