Hi All
I have gone though various posts related to scrap generation but I didn't understand how to handle it.
If I missed any valuable suggestion that already posted or discussed then I apologize. Please help me out !!
Item Description
Item Code
Finshed Good
FG
WIP Code
WP
Molten Metal
MM
Generated Scrap
GS
To produce MM, BOM required GS,X,Y,Z....
While machining of WP is done 50% GS is generated which is added to inventory an again reused for producing other MM
Flushing method is manual. I tried following "Entry Type" Consumption and Quantity -Ve
GS is getting added to inventory but my worry is about "Entry type" (i.e Consumption) in ILE with produced scrap.
Please suggest me how to handle this. Do I need to change Routing and BOM as well
With Thanks
