It's not a standard error: it's indian localization, or company customization...if you are a programmer (or at least you can read the c/al code and can use debugger), just activate the debugger without breakpoint on triggers.
if you don't know c/al, ask your solution center, or wait for some indian people to answer you (in the case that the error comes from the indian version of nav)

You are absolutely right about this, its a Indian localization problem. Good to know that the member has solved the problem himself (may be after reading your advise. Your advise, if followed properly can help people find the source of errror in most cases).

The problem was with Quarter setup only.....
