what's a fiscal printer? do you mean physical?0

A fiscal printer is a printer that has a chip that registers all transactions for the tax purposes, that way the tax agency can audit all the sales that went trough a register. It is mandatory in certain countries (Dominican Rep., Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Hungary.....)
Wish I could help, we are in the process of implementing and was looking for the same info.

Try http://monroecs.com/oposccos.htm
It's a library of automation contols not only for fiscal printers, but scaners, displays and so on. It's completely free.
Hope this helps!Sincerely yours, GRIZZLY

If you can print a normal word document from the system using the fiscal printer, then we can print from NAV too. I don't think so that NAV need some special configuration.--
