How to make a a part in a page editable

i have made a new "part" on customer card, and on properties uses a subformlink that points to page 124 (comment sheet).
This works fine, and i see the comments for the selected customer.
The problem is that i can't edit or make new comment rows. All editable properties on part/page is TRUE. How do you set it to editable. ?

Fact boxes are by defalut Read-Only, the only exceptions are Notes and Links which are specific parts.
If you need the specific behavior, you can use the client extensiblity and make a custom part.
