How to predefine a report, request page/form?

Hi
We do a special report from time to time. I want this report to be permanent i our NAV. The report exists, but I want the parameters to be remembered. The request form should remain blank, but with and option to select the predefined set of parameters for this specific type of report.
How can I archive this?
Should I program a form and table to keep these setting and make the Request form call this or is there a simpler way? :-k

Create form, tables and some logic - that's the way to choose valid "template" from request form.
