return qty to ship

when i trying to post credit memo it reflects error "Return qty to ship must be 4"

More information is required. Specify the process you are doing? Are you using "Get Return Shipment Lines".

Further narrate the exact error message.

I am unable to replicate your error. Use debugger to determine the cause of error and check whether it is due to standard NAV or some mods you have done.

what are "Return Qty. to Ship" and Quantity fields values?

Value of Quantity field is 4 and Return Quantity To Ship is 0

Check how "Return Qty. to Ship" value is coming zero it should be equal or more than qty.
