Codeunits in NAV Advanced Management License

The Classic NAV6 (2009) Advanced Management license for our company provides Designer Table/Form/Report/Dataport/... permissions, but mentions Codeunits as "100". We do not have permissions to access the Codeunits. If so, what is the meaning of "8600 Codeunits (100)" as indicated in the License Information?

License Information view on NAV:
7110 Report & Dataport Designer 1
7120 Form and Page Designer (includes 100 Pages & Forms) 1
7130 Table Designer 1
7140 XML Designer 1
8600 Codeunits (100) 100

You get 100 Codeunit objects to create. You have to have the IDs specified in your license, though.

You don't have the programming access for the codeunit but you have functional access to the codeunit if they are deployed in the database (Your partner can create codeunit and your NAV system can use them).

Thanks. I understand your reply as we (the Customer) have the right to create 100 Codeunits through the Object Designer function without the Partner's intervention.
Currently we receive the message 'You do not have permission ...' when applying 'NEW' and 'DESIGN' functions within the Object Designer / Codeunits.

As a result, our Partner must grant access to these functionalities?

    Thanks

You may have to have granule 7200, Application Builder, in order to create your own Codeunits. It's not cheap.

Your partner, though, will be able to create codeunits for you without purchasing more.
