how to reapply and how to manually apply that entry

Hi all,

I am testing the Applicaion work sheet. mean while i have some doubts .

Item costing method = FIFO


In Item ledger entry i have 5 entries.

Entry Numbers are 308, 309, 310 ,311.

All ILE Enry nos have the stock .

For example i posted the sales transaction , system automatically will pick up the firsst Entry 308.from that system reduce the stock.


Now i want to apply that sales entry from ILE Entry No : 311


Please let me know how to reapply and how to manually apply that entry.

    u will have to first unapply the entry, that can be done by selecting the sales entry and click View>>Applied entries. in that screen click remove application>>OK. doing this will unapply ur sales and purchase entry.

    u can reapply it to a new purchase entry by selecting the sales entry and then click View>>Select Additional entries to apply, select the entry there and click OK.
