Ctrl+PgUp / Ctrl+PgDn shorcut missing in Norwegian.

When selecting "English (United States)" as language in RTC, i have shortcut keys Ctrl+PgUp / Ctrl+PgDn on previous and next, but when selecting "Norwegian, Bokmål (Norway)" i have Prev and Next, in the action meny, but no shortcut key.
Is this a Bug?, is it possible to edit a stx or a configfile to add shortcut keys?
