How can i create a new field like url field?

Hi everybody!

I would like to know if i could create a field in a table like "URL field" of the Links.

    The URL field of the links are in fact four fields. Take a look at table 2000000068 "Record Link".
    If you want to select your URL try to use the function HYPERLINK.
