EU Sales List Services

Hi,
For 2010 there have been changes for the VAT and EU Sales List with regard to Services. Right now I have a question from a customer who indicates that when you invoice goods and services related to these goods, these related services should not be reported in the new seperate column for services but in the same column as the goods. This means that the EU Sales list should not look at item type in this situation.
Have any of you encountered this and possibly know a solution in AX?
Thanks in advance.
