Hello guys,
we are facing troublesome problem:
When printing report (any) from NAV 4 SP3 on Win Server 2008 terminal services, user selects printer in Priter select dialog window and selects number of copies. Printer afterward prints more copies then selected (selected/printed: 1/1, 2/4, 3/9 ...). Oteh applications (Word, Excel) work properly.
The same task on Win Server 2003 terminal services works fine.
What wrong?

Is it an invoice? Maybe you do have filled "Invoice Copies" on your Customer Card and additionally set "No. of Copies" on the request form of your report?!"Money is likewise the greatest chance and the greatest scourge of mankind."0
