Anyone tried the combination yet? Any known problems?

I'm staying away from 2008 R2 because of reporting RDLC designer incompatibility. I think MS will release a blog about it with a solution hopefully.

Could you please explain better?
We are preparing a new server and wanted to install SQL Server 2008 R2 for NAvision 2009 SP1.
Are there news/documentation?
Thank you

There is no issue with using SQL Server 2008 R2 on the server that I know of.
It's installing it on local laptop/pc that it installs VS 2010 and the reporting designer is not compatible with NAV

On laptop where you are doing the development nav installs the correct version so no issues to connect to sql 2k8 R2
