ODBC Setup - "License import failed" error.

Hello. I'm currently working on creating a Naviaion ODBC connection. In the Navision ODBC setup I click on the "Import License" button, point to the FIN.flf file that resides in the ODBC file folder and get error message "License file import failed."

Any suggestions or assistance is appreciated.

May be that:

1) The license have not the N/ODBC granule in it
2) ODBC driver have no write access into the driver folder
