posting error once posting to GL

Hi,
Did anyone have this problem when you want to post purchase order or journals
The error message is as followed
"Cannot insert multiple records in Ledger balance transactions (LedgerBalancesTrans). Account number: , .
The SQL database has issued an error."
By debugging, i find that the error is because of the data transaction from table LedgerBalancesTransdelta to table LedgerBalancesTrans. But i don't know how to solve it.
Anyone have the solution?

I am the facing same error while trying to post journal entry and creating purchase order. If u ve gotten the solution, please share it.
