Transforming a list form with the transformation tool

Hello there,
I did transform a couple of our list forms to pages with the transformation tool. All I did do before the process was specifying the form type (list) as well as the page type (list). As I had a look at the newly created pages, I noted that there was a difference in the action pane and the menu. Some of the lists don't have a "new" button on the action pane, neither do they have Actions like "edit list", "delete", "new" on the actions menu.
I wonder why is that?
