Permission to modify reports but can only access one company

Hi

I am creating a user with rights only to one company. The problem is that the user has the role Super.

To my surprise, if I restrict the user to one company, the user cannot create new reports. I need to give the user another role for Report 0 Yes for Insert, Yes for Modify, Yes for Delete without restriction to a company. The problem is that once this access is given, the user is able to see all the companies in question.

Is there no way for the user to be restricted to be able to login to one company and yet have the ability to modify reports?

Thank you,

Tan Eng Siong

Even if the user sees all the companies, he cannot enter them.

No, because who is modifying some object, needs to have access to all companies, because reports are "database-wide". Thus modifying the report in company A, have effect in company B and C, thus the user needs to have enough rights for these companies too...
