Prepayment setup

Hello everybody,
I am setting up the prepayments for the customers, and when I post the sales invoice it gives me an error message regarding VAT, I tried almost everything but could find the solution, I can not under stand what is the problem.

If same error is displayed when you press F9 on foreign currency document with VAT differenece enabled in setup, it is a known problem (for czech database it was updated with update 1, under fix no. 38313, I do not know the KB no.).

I recommend to search the knowledge base on Partnersource/Customersource.

I love how half of the interface is in English. Having not done many international implementations, is that normal?
