NAV Crashes during DB Creation

Hi
We have a peculiar problem during NAV DB creation..We have given the following parameters in the collation tab of create database
Collation Type: Windows Collation
Collation Desc: Arabic, Persian, Urdu
Validate Code Page: Not Ticked
After giving these details, when we click OK NAV crashes...
Other details
Operating System: Windows 2008 Server (Arabic Enabled)
Navision Version: NAV 2009
Database: SQL SERVER 2008
But when we did the same on test machine with SQL SERVER 2005, the DB is getting created and we did not face the error.
Did anyone faced this problem before and has any resolution. Please let me know
