CLR Interop error with AX Terminal Server

Hi all,
I have written an AX 2009 application which works with an external .NET dll through CLR Interop. I can run this at AX Client Server platform. Generally I copy the dll at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\50\Client\Bin" folder to access that within AX.
Now when I am trying to use the same dll at Terminal Server then I am getting reference error. I do not know exactly which AX folder shall I put my dll.
Can anyone help me ?
