MAPI.Dll error when sending emails from report

Let me explain what I did.

I had emails getting send from a navision report using PDFCreator and Outlook Express.
In order to make it work I installed MailOCX version 1.00.01 and PDFCreator Version 0.9.5.

Everything was working fine I could not compile so I install Office 97 Professional version. On the installation I included Outlook. I reboot the computer everything was fine but next time i run the report I get this error message.

"The call to member InitializedMail failed. MAPISession returned the following message:
Error in loading MAPI.DLL.

any ideas what to do?

It is really urgent.
