Hi all,
In the upgrade process it is said to make a backup of the entire customer database as data.fbk. This is to be restored later into the new database to continue the upgrade process. What then happens to the data entered to the customer's database after this backup is being made and while the upgrade is still in process and not yet finished? I don't know if i'm clear enough but what i want to know is how the data entered after this backup is done will be upgraded? Please provide more explanation on this so that i can understand. Thanks for your time.

The idea is that when you start the backup, NO ONE works anymore in the DB until after the upgrade has completed and everyone starts working IN THE NEW VERSION.Regards,Alain Krikilion
