Member Of Table Error

Hi All,
I am getting error when I run Table 2000000003 Member Of.
I am getting same error when I try to take backup of Company.

Please See the attached Screen Shot for Error.

Please Help me on Urgernt basis.

Somebody has tried to 'fix' the data from SQL after they did a restore and forgot to add a user before they disconnected the Navision client, but they got it wrong.

The field will need to be repaired again with the value 'SA' (ie in uppercase) rather than 'sa'.

No After restore nobody tried to modify Member of Table Content.

How to repair table Member Of ?
