Cannot add or adjust customer

Hi!
Im working on a school project in Navision but i cannot add any customers to the company i have created. Im just stuck in the NO.. field and when i write a number it just disapears. No error warnings or anything...

Define school project ?

Is it a project for an education based system or is it literally your homework hemlax.

If so time to ask your teachers how to explain a problem with relevant details.

Sounds like you were given a Database with little information and you have created a blank company with no setup or primary setup data.

first clear all filters Shft+Ctrl+F7
F3 Enter to get a new customer no - assuming you have a "customer no" Number series created.

To check drill into the customer no field it should bring you to a number series.
