Amount should be eqaulled to PLA Amount

Hello Experts,

I want to upload the balance of "Bal. with Excise Authority PLA". Everything is good, I have selected the account, and even the balance account too. Also entered the ECC number.

The error I am getting at Posting time is:

"Amount should be equaled to allocated PLA Amount"

Now can anyone tell me where the PLA Amount is stored??? and when its fresh database how can I get such error..????

Use "Tax Journal' for posting the PLA opening balance.

In nav 4.0 where is tax journal....where i can find it ??????

Tax Journal is available in NAV 2009 (not sure of 5.0). For 4.0 you can refer to feature instruction manual of 4.0 sp3 hf2
