Windows permissions problem (I think) with RTC and reports

I am having a problem with the NAV2009 sp1 RTC running on client XP machines...

Whenever the clients adds a role centre personalisation which includes a chart or they try to run a report the client crashes.

When I do these things with the RTC running on the server (where I log in as Admin) it is fine.

I think it might be something to with the windows permissions, specifically the file system, the user has on the client. When the RTC is trying to render some graphics is it trying to creating some local file on the client machine in a folder that the user does not have permission write to?

Has anybody else seen this behaviour or have any ideas?

Did you install all the prerequisites on the PCs?

Specifically the RTC will crash like that for charts if this isn't installed ...
    D:\Prerequisite Components\Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5\MSChart.exe

And of course reports need this ...
    D:\Prerequisite Components\Microsoft Report Viewer 2008\ReportViewer2008.exe

    Thanks for this Robert.

It was the ReportViewer2008.exe that was needed.
