Was wondering is there is a way to see what user is putting in what orders? The salesperson code is always the same, but the user entering orders is different. Is there a way to see who is putting in what orders?

The "Created by User ID" field is contained in the sales header data,

you should be able to add it to the form and see who created it.

it is who created it, if someone else opens later and enters additional items it doesn't change the user id.

You could try using change log functionality, but it's kinda difficult to filter it.

Under User ID you can set a default salesperson ID as well,

When they enter an order you would get that persons salepersons ID as well as the user ID field mentioned before.

Although on orders if a customer/Vendor is setup with a default salesperson/purchaser i think that get priority over the user ID salesperson code, so u would have to blank it out
