Workflow error

Hi,

I have creatred a custom workflow for leads in CRM Module.

Workflow is enabled in the form and when it is submitted its throughing an error -

SysWorkflowEventDispatcher-onAcknowledgeWorkflowActivation
SysWorkflowEventDispatcher-raiseWorkflowActivationEvent
ClrObject static method invocation error.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

and in the event log it is showing -
Web service failed: workflow id 000014_201 ClrObject static method invocation error.
I tried by restarting the IIS but still its showing the same.

what could be the cause of the error????????

I think, workflow service has problem.
