Item Journal - Negative Adjustment

Hello experts,

I received an error message when doing a negative adjustment.
When I entered the "Applies-to Entry" No, I received the message
"Quantity must be an integer".
What might be the cause?
I have used Navision for about four(4) years and have never seen this error message.
