I have an error when i change a PagePartID of a page

Hi everybody.
I have a problem with NAV 2009 SP1.
I want to change a PagePartID in the RoleCenterArea of the page 9019 (CEO and President Role Center). I change My Customers to Approvals Entries...
But NAV 2009 crash with this message "the page contains a control add-in that is not permitted. Contact your system administrator".... but why?? In 2009 version not sp1 it runs perfectly.
