Service tax as Excise Credit

Dear all,

Can anybody let me know the procedure how to claim service tax as excise credit in Navision. I have selected all the items in the periodic activities of service tax as excise credit but still it is not coming in the Excise payment form as available credit for payment of excise.

Have u filled "Service Tax Registration No." in the journal line.

Yes I have already selected the same but it is still not coming in the Excise payment form. Also, in the old material of Nav 4.0 of Service tax the format given is different then the present format in NAV 2009.

Pls. advise on this
