Posting Date Change in Posted Sales Invoice

Hi all,

I need to change the posting date on Posted Sales Invoice.If i need to change the posting date, What are all the thinhs which i need to take into consideration when I attempt to change the posting date in Posted Sales Invoice.

If anybody knows the solution, Kindly give me the list of all steps which I need to take into consideration in order to change the posting date.

Can i Know why you want to change the Posting date ?


If you entered the Wrong posting date , then I suggest you create the credit memo , apply to posted sales invoice and create the New invoice.

The list of tables to change includes just about every ledger table in the base system except for Vendor ledger entries. Many of them protected tables, even if we told you and got everything right you wouldn't be able to do it without writing a lot of code using a dev license.

Credit the damn thing and recreate it, you can delete the posted documents after if you like.
