Dear Sir,

I want to know how to execute project management through Job module. In this Module my requirements are mentioned below;

1. I want to know item availability from edit planning line. If item is not-available at that time or in a particular location they want create requisation against that item.How it is possible in NAV.

2. As per business process, sometime if any company execute their Project Management through contractor or party execute contract basis, in this senerio how can I track this particular problems.

3. How can I generate Sales quote against particular job, please help.

4. In a job management how to map party billing & partly payment received from customer adjust against total job value.Please help.

    If you work for a customer , then conact your NAV Partner , partner can map your business scenrio.


    If you work for a Partner , then I suggest to go through the JOB and Resource manuals. It explain in detail.

    I think you don't have any idea about project management which can be done through Job Module.

    Boss that I know, but my question is different. My question related to Contract Basis Job & more or less similar like a Sales Cycle. Is it possible in NAV? or not.
