Hi again,
I have another problem,
I just installed SP1 RTC NAV2009 on a client and I have no available Spanish language, license or with our partner. It is rare because it has been to update the 2009 version in it that was available.
In another classic NAV is available.

There could be multiple issues. Since Classic is working issue might be in the Server or RTC client.
First check the RTC client. Check if the files got copied to installation folder. You can do this by going to installation folder for RTC (Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client) and checking if there is es-ES folder.
Check if the Service machine has Spanish installed on it. As well go to the service installation folder and check for es-ES and ESP folders.
And in the end try reinstalling the Service/ RTC Client.
Hope this helps0
