Hi all
I have setup two locations in my company. The sales department is doing sales from both locations. When the sales department is doing a sales invoice the shipment document is done automatically. The problem is that we have a person which is responsible for goods in a specific location and after the sales invoice is done, and the person is going in one location to take the goods, the warehouse manager wants to register a document for the goods that he is giving to the customer.
Is there any possibility to do this in Navision 4.0???

It depends on what your process is though, IT sounds like you want to do a shipping document after you create and post the invoice.
Use the WMS functionality to do this
yes i have ticked require shipment and receipt on location setup window.
can you please tell me how to create manual shipment or receipt after i have posted sales invoice in warehouse module?
