Page Layout – no space between header field and subform

I have a page with a header and a subform and there is no space between the bottom field in the header and the subform (all fields in the header are displayed in one column, not split into two columns). Does not matter if it is in a view or edit mode.

When I run the form from the object designer in the classic client the fields in the header are split into two columns and then there is some space below the fields and the subform.

Can you please advise me on how to fix this?

Check the "Page Type", it should be "Document" to display the Header and Subform similar to Sales Order or any other Document.
