Copy Document Functionality In Service Module in 2009

I dont know why microsoft is Not provided a option to create copy document functionality in the service credit memo in 2009 ?

I am Implementing a service Module and during implementation i found that there is no correct credit memo functionality is there . How to get the Exact informationo item and Cost in case of Credit memo of Service Module. Apply item enty from and to is also not working in this case too ..

Help me to understand this
