Hi to all and thanks in advance for your attention and help...
I have a technical question about Navision..

What happens when i specify a "Job No." in a Purchase Order Subform line and post the order?
And instead what happens when i simply specify a Purchase Order Subform line and DON'T specify the "Job No." in the line, and post the order?

What is the difference beetween this two processes?

    Hi poverocane

    If you fill in the Job No on the PO subform and post teh PO in addition to the regular entries that would be created by posting a PO you will get a job Ledger Entry created.

    If you don't fill it in you don't get teh Job ledger entry.

    Best way to ess everything that is done is to process the PO and then Navigate on the Posted document, this will show you everything that has been created
