Hi,
While designing the COA is it better to maintain single control account for Inventory, Vendor and customer or to maintain multiple control account as per category of inventory, vendor and customer.
Plz advise me which one is better and advantages and disadvantages

You should follow as standard way where COA defined groupwise.

yes posting group wise as multiple(no. of posting groups) control account.

According to standard you would able to take lot of default.
