Call center for Navision

Our potential customer is lookking for a call center support application within Navision 3.60. The cusomer offers telemarketing services and would like to share their database with their customers. If anyone knows of an existing solution, please let me know.

    I don't know of any specific solution but we have developed call center applications for our own call center. Depending on the business rules that you would have to implement this shouldn't be very difficult to custom build from within Navision. Assuming 20 agents accessing 20 customized tables through 100 forms this should be no more than a 1 or 2 month project for 1 developer. Obviously, you would probably have to build reports, maybe dataports, codeunits as well but this would all be after the app is built.

    Thanks for your suggestions. I already contacted Opendoor. We are also considering to develop the application, however, the customer would prefer to see a solution beforehand (bad experience with current software hey comissioned but it seems will never go live!). In addition, they need solution ASAP (for the above reason).
