I think the only way is to make a HTML file of the report.
This is posible in Navision with REPORT.SAVEASHTML(...

The other way is to write a program this writes HTML Code, so you
can get a better solution, but you need to learn HTML.

To get the Attach into a mail you must view the Codeunit 397 Mail.

The problem with HTML is that You have less control of the formatting. I wouldn't like to send for example an order responce to my customers in HTML format. In these cases I prefer pdf.

ZetaFax is quite good and with the standard package you can automate the Faxing by just adding a header and footer string.

but you still have to select the fax driver if you use the same report.

it's just a send and end string.

having said that Navision have forgotten to update the standard package to multiple contacts per Customer, Vendor etc:
and bring the contact's Phone and Fax number across to the Orders where you might need them!

Personally I prefer WinWord automation. This way, you can easily Print, Fax, or e-mail the document depending on settings on the customer card.
