Warehouse Module - Warehouse Management Setup Vs. Location

Hello All,

Please, tell me the use of 4 fields on Warehouse Mgt. Setup form, over Location Form same fields.

1) Require Receive,
2) Require Ship,
3) Require Putway,
4) Require Pick

Which fields will have more priorities in Warehouse Mgt. Setup and Location Forms.
Unable to get exact use from Training Material.
Please, help.

I really wouldn't be putting which company i work for when i ask questions like this

First line of warehouse training manual 2009 is as follows

"The first four fields on the General FastTab specify the warehouse activities that
may constitute the warehouse handling processes for location blank. In general it
is not recommended to use warehousing processes for location blank. When
using WMS, these requirements are to be filled out on the specific location card."

Even version 4 is clear
IE WMS setup is for Location = blank
Location setup fields are for specific locations

Perhaps Reading the material a second time
Company statement
